WARRANTY INFORMATION

Throttle bodies and fuel Rails are Racing parts and are sold as is without warranty of any kind. When you purchasing these parts the purchaser acknowledges the following:

• That no representations have been made to him/her regarding these parts, including but no limited to any representations as to their quality or performance, and that he/she she be responsible for and costs of repair, or replacement of any defect from these parts, or damage to any other parts due to these parts.

• All the parts are sold for racing purposes and may be installed on the vehicles used only solely in sanctioned off-highway events.

• That installation of these parts may cause the vehicles to be unable to be lawfully used on public highways and that the purchaser assumes all risk and expenses caused by the use of these parts.

• If any parts do fail do to manufacturing error, and not due to racing, the part(s) will be looked at, and if it is within 3 months of the purchasing date Lorenzo's Fuel Systems could offer to fix the part for free. If offered the purchasers is responsible for all shipping costs, including: Shipping part(s) to LFS, and Shipping back. PLEASE contact LFS before returning any parts back to LFS that you believe is defective.

• We do not have a return policy but if there is a problem with a part we can replace it with another part as said in the previous statement. I do not offer a monitary refund for any of the parts sold if you changed your mind and do not want to use the part on your vehicle.
